2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use weuniks.com only for lawful purposes.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- The project requirements have been agreed upon.
- The required advance or booking amount has been received.
- Any required confirmation or agreement has been completed.
Availability is not guaranteed until the booking has been officially confirmed by Weuniks.
5. Pricing & Payments
Project pricing will be communicated to the client before the work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- The client is responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
- Additional services or requirements outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
- Travel, accommodation, transportation, special equipment, location fees, or other third-party expenses may be charged separately where applicable.
- Applicable taxes or government charges may be added where required.
Delayed payments may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the project.
For weddings, events, and other projects where a date is reserved exclusively for a client, advance payments may be non-refundable where specified in the project agreement.
If you need to reschedule a project, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
Any project-specific cancellation, refund, or rescheduling terms agreed in writing will take priority over these general Terms & Conditions.
7. Photography & Videography Services
Photography and videography involve creative and artistic decisions. The final work may vary depending on lighting, location, weather, venue conditions, schedules, subject availability, and other circumstances.
The client acknowledges that:
- We cannot guarantee that every requested photograph, shot, or moment will be captured.
- Final images and videos may differ from reference images or examples shown before the project.
- Editing and colour treatment will follow the agreed creative direction.
- Final deliverables will be based on the selected package or agreed scope.
- Additional edits, revisions, or deliverables may incur additional charges.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver work consistent with the agreed requirements.
8. Weddings & Events
For weddings and events, clients are responsible for providing accurate schedules, venue information, access details, and other information required for the project.
Weuniks will not be responsible for missed shots, delays, or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Changes to the event schedule
- Delayed ceremonies or activities
- Venue restrictions
- Poor lighting or weather conditions
- Guest interference
- Restrictions imposed by event organizers
- Delays caused by the client or third parties
We will make reasonable efforts to adapt to changes during the event.
9. Deliverables & Revisions
The agreed quotation or project proposal will specify the expected deliverables wherever applicable.
Additional photographs, videos, edits, revisions, formats, or creative requirements outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Delivery timelines depend on the nature and scale of the project. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed timeline and communicate significant delays where possible.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation required to complete the project.
This may include:
- Providing project details and creative references.
- Providing timely feedback and approvals.
- Providing access to required locations and materials.
- Obtaining necessary permissions for locations, people, or third-party content.
- Communicating changes clearly and in a timely manner.
- Making payments according to the agreed schedule.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, materials, access, or client decisions may affect the project timeline.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Weuniks retains intellectual property rights in its original creative work, including photographs, videos, designs, graphics, written content, concepts, and other creative materials.
The client’s rights to use the final deliverables will depend on the agreed project scope and usage terms.
The client may not reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Weuniks’ creative work beyond the agreed usage without appropriate permission.
12. Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Weuniks may use selected photographs, videos, designs, or completed project work for:
- Website portfolio
- Social media
- Marketing materials
- Advertising
- Presentations
- Awards and creative showcases
If a project requires confidentiality or restrictions on promotional use, these requirements should be communicated before the project begins and agreed upon in writing.
13. Third-Party Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, photographs, music, fonts, written content, trademarks, or other materials they provide to Weuniks can legally be used for the project.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for materials supplied by them.
Weuniks is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized third-party materials provided by the client.
14. Academy & Workshops
For Weuniks Academy courses, workshops, and training programs:
- Registration is subject to availability.
- Fees and schedules will be communicated before registration.
- Participants are expected to follow workshop and venue rules.
- Course content, schedules, instructors, and locations may change when reasonably necessary.
- Certificates, learning materials, or other benefits will only be provided where specifically included in the relevant course or workshop.
Specific registration, cancellation, and refund conditions may apply to individual programs.
15. Digital Marketing & Content Services
For digital marketing, branding, and content projects, results may depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behaviour, market conditions, advertising policies, and third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, followers, rankings, engagement, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.
Clients remain responsible for providing accurate business information and approving content before publication where approval is part of the agreed workflow.
16. Limitation of Liability
Weuniks will take reasonable care in delivering its services but cannot guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Weuniks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our liability for a specific project will generally be limited to the amount paid by the client for that particular service, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
Weuniks will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Accidents
- Illness or emergencies
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions

- Power or internet failures
- Strikes or other significant disruptions
Where reasonably possible, we will work with the client to reschedule or find an appropriate alternative.
